Sammy’s Residence is a group of newly built, large, concrete bungalows, located just a few minutes walk from the beach in Kantiang Bay. Many of our staff have lived at Sammy’s at one time or another.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, however Sammy’s itself does not have either, making it a quiet hideaway.

Each of the five, stand-alone, bungalows is furnished with a fridge (on request), a 4 poster bed complete with mosquito net, coffee table and chairs/ sofa, wardrobe and a large balcony with impressive views of the bay. They also have en-suite bathrooms with cold-water shower and sink.

Prices are very reasonable for the standard of the rooms and a good option for long stay travellers on a medium budget. Room cleaning is not provided, however clean sheets are available on request.

With slightly more spacious rooms, a terrace with fabulous views out over the bay, a fridge in your room if you require, and the quirkiness of a 4-poster bed in a Thai bungalow, Sammy’s offers an affordable, mid-range room, just a few minutes walk from the beach.
