Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT)
PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainers are PADI Instructors who have at least five Specialty Instructor ratings, which qualifies them to conduct all the training requirements for the Master Scuba Diver rating.
*Peak Performance Buoyancy, Procect AWARE and AWARE – Coral Reef Conservation Specialty Instructor ratings do not apply.

Prerequisites
To become an MSDT you must:
- Be a renewed PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
- Be certified as a PADI Specialty Instructor with five or more Specialty ratings. *Peak Performance Buoyancy, Procect AWARE and AWARE – Coral Reef Concervation Specialty Instructor ratings do not apply within these five specilaty ratings.
- Have issued at least 25 PADI certifications. No more than 5 of the 25 certifications may be from non-diving courses.
